nowiht.com is operated by THE Q TEKSTİL TASARIM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. For orders, the seller depends on the delivery country: THE Q TEKSTİL TASARIM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ for Turkey; KBK International GmbH for the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; NOWIHT LLC for the United States, Canada and Australia. The seller is shown clearly at checkout and in the order confirmation.

The mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.

• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential.
• You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, with automated data collection tools or in a way that disrupts it.
• We may suspend your account if it is used against these terms.

We take care to describe products accurately; colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices include taxes. The delivery charge and the total you pay are shown in the order summary before you enter your payment details.

Where a reduced price is shown, the earlier price is the reference price required by law.

You add products to your bag, enter your delivery details, check the order summary and confirm payment. Pressing the payment button means you are placing an order with an obligation to pay.

We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail without delay; the contract is formed with that confirmation.

For orders from Turkey, the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract are shown and your approval is taken before payment; both documents are e-mailed to you after the order. For consumer sales in Turkey these two documents prevail over any conflicting term here.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not store your card details; payment is processed by a licensed payment provider.

The delivery time and charge are shown at checkout; delivery never takes longer than 30 days from the day we receive your order.

The seller is responsible for loss and damage until the product is delivered to you or to the person you name. If the parcel is damaged, please have the carrier record it and let us know.

• You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty. NOWIHT extends this period to 30 days from delivery.
• You can give notice of withdrawal by writing to hello@nowiht.com or through the returns section of the site; we confirm receipt of your notice right away.
• You must send the product back within 14 days of your notice. You are not responsible for changes caused by trying the product on in line with its instructions.
• Returns from Turkey are free of charge. Return conditions for other countries are on the Return Policy page.
• We refund everything you paid, including the delivery charge, within 14 days of the product reaching us, or within 14 days of your notice reaching us if you withdraw before delivery, to the payment method you used and in one payment.
• Statutory exceptions, such as products made to your specifications, remain unaffected.

If a product is defective you can use your statutory rights: withdraw from the contract, ask for a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a defect-free product. Return costs for defective products are paid by the seller.

The texts, images, designs and software on the site belong to NOWIHT or its licensors; they may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

We take care to keep the site available and free of errors. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected; nothing in these terms limits them.

In Turkey you can apply, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where you made the purchase, and above those limits to the consumer court after the mandatory mediation step.

If you live in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules and the courts of your country remain available to you.

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
