nowiht.com is operated by THE Q TEKSTİL TASARIM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the controller of the personal data processed on the site.

For orders, the seller depends on the delivery country: THE Q TEKSTİL TASARIM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ for Turkey; KBK International GmbH for the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; NOWIHT LLC for the United States, Canada and Australia. The seller is also a controller of your order data and is shown clearly at checkout.

• Identity and contact: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Delivery and billing: address and billing details.
• Orders: the products you buy, amounts, order, withdrawal and return history.
• Payment: we do not store your card details; the payment provider processes the payment and we only see its result.
• Account: an encrypted hash of your password, sign-in details, your wishlist and preferences.
• Customer service: the messages you send us and our correspondence.
• Technical: IP address, browser and device details, approximate country and security logs.
• Size advice: the height, weight and measurements you enter in Find My Size, used only for the recommendation and statistics, without linking them to you.
• Marketing: the e-mail address and consent you give for the newsletter; if you consent, usage data collected with cookies.

Your personal data may be transferred to these partners only to the extent the service requires and in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK. For customers in the European Economic Area, we follow the GDPR rules on international transfers.

When you visit nowiht.com, our hosting provider Vercel processes your IP address to deliver the site and to determine your approximate country. We use your country to show you the right shop, currency and buying options.

Clicks on our ABOUT YOU links and page views on nowiht.com are counted only as anonymous daily totals (per link or page, country, source and device type); for this we store no IP address, browser details or cookies. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.

• E-commerce transaction records: 10 years from the transaction.
• Records on pre-contract information, withdrawal and delivery: at least 3 years.
• Invoices and accounting records: for the statutory periods, 10 years.

We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

Our site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of persons under 18; if we become aware of it, we delete the data.
