This guide explains how to place an order on nowiht.com, how to access your contract, how to correct mistakes and where to turn in case of a dispute.
Ordering steps
- Choose the product, its colour and size; Find My Size helps you with the size.
- Add the product to your bag; in the bag you can change the quantity or remove it.
- Enter your delivery details at checkout.
- Check the products, the total including taxes and the delivery charge in the order summary.
- Enter your payment details and confirm the order; the confirm button means an obligation to pay.
- We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.
Storing and accessing the contract
The order confirmation and the order summary are sent to your e-mail address. Our Terms & Conditions are published on this site, where you can view and print them at any time.
If you are signed in, your orders are in My Orders in your account. We keep transaction records for 10 years as required by law and send you a copy by e-mail on request.
Tools to correct mistakes
- In the bag you can change the quantity or remove a product.
- At checkout you can edit your delivery details before you confirm payment.
- The order summary shows all details together before payment; you can go back and change them.
Privacy rules
We process your personal data under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Dispute resolution
You can send complaints to hello@nowiht.com. In Turkey you can apply, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, to the consumer arbitration committee, and above those limits to the consumer court after the mandatory mediation step.
