Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. No cost other than those shown in this form will be asked of you. The main features of the products (model, colour, size, composition) are in the table above; measurements and care information are on the product page.
4. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods are credit cards and debit cards. Payment is taken in a single charge; installments are not offered.
Payment is taken through a licensed payment institution; NOWIHT does not store your card details.

5. DELIVERY
Products are handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days of the order being confirmed; estimated delivery after dispatch is 1-2 business days. The carrier and tracking number are e-mailed to you when the order ships.
Delivery never takes more than 30 days from the day your order reaches us. We deliver only to addresses in Türkiye. Your order may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra charge. The Seller is responsible for loss and damage until the product is delivered to you or to the person you name.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after you, or a person you name, receive the product, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. If the products are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last one. You may also withdraw before delivery. Handing the product to the carrier does not count as delivery to you.
It is enough to send us your decision to withdraw in writing or on a durable medium (for example by e-mail) before the period ends: through the return request form at www.nowiht.com/my-order/return, by e-mail to hello@nowiht.com, to our KEP address theqtekstiltasarim@hs05.kep.tr, or in writing to Bahçeşehir 1. Kısım Mah. Fırat Cad., 6. Bölge Vaditepe Sitesi D02 Blok No: 53H İç Kapı No: 5, 34488 Başakşehir/İstanbul. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form attached to the Distance Sales Contract or make any clear statement of your decision. When you send it through the website, we confirm receipt by e-mail straight away.
Send the product to Bahçeşehir 1. Kısım Mah. Fırat Cad., 6. Bölge Vaditepe Sitesi D02 Blok No: 53H İç Kapı No: 5, 34488 Başakşehir/İstanbul within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. We do not name a carrier for returns; you may use any carrier. The Seller pays the postage for returns from Türkiye: you may send the parcel carriage forward, or send us the receipt for the postage you paid and receive that amount with your refund.
If you withdraw from the whole order, we refund everything you paid, including the delivery charge, within 14 days of the product reaching us; if you withdraw before delivery, within 14 days of your notice reaching us. The refund is made to the payment method you used, in one payment and at no cost to you; for credit cards the card issuer adds it to your card limit in one payment. Any part paid by gift card or store credit is restored to that card or to the credit in your account. If you withdraw from part of the order, the price of the returned products is refunded and no extra shipping charge is asked for the products you keep.
You are not liable for changes or wear caused by using the product in line with its function, technical features and instructions during the withdrawal period (for example trying it on). Please keep the labels on so the product can be sold again; this is not a condition of withdrawal.
7. WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, unless the parties agree otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: products made to your specifications or clearly personalised; products whose protective packaging, tape or seal has been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons; intangible goods delivered to you instantly.
If any product in your order falls under these exceptions, it is named here at checkout.
NOWIHT gift cards: an unused card may be withdrawn from within 14 days of purchase; there is no right of withdrawal for cards that have been partly or fully used.
8. NOWIHT 30-DAY RETURNS
On top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you may return products up to 30 days after delivery. For this, the product must be unworn, unwashed and with its labels attached; shipping and refund follow the withdrawal procedure. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by these conditions.
9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product arrives defective, damaged or different from its description, you may, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, withdraw from the contract, ask for a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair, or replacement with a defect-free item. The Seller pays the shipping for defective products. Liability for defects is subject to a limitation period of 2 years from delivery, even if the defect appears later, unless the law provides a longer period; it does not apply where the defect was concealed through gross negligence or fraud.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In a dispute you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) within the monetary limits announced every year by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, to the consumer court (tüketici mahkemesi), after first applying to a mediator as required by Article 73/A of Law No. 6502. You may apply to the committee or court where you live or where the purchase was made. Applications to the committee can also be made online through e-Devlet, using the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).
12. PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed to conclude and perform your order and for payment, delivery, invoicing and statutory record keeping, in line with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the privacy notice at https://nowiht.com/privacy-policy. Agreeing to receive marketing messages is not a condition of this contract.
13. RECORDS AND ACCESS
This form and the Distance Sales Contract are stored with your order, and a copy is e-mailed to you after your order. The Seller keeps these records for at least 3 years.
