The fashion industry stands at a crossroads. As we approach 2027, the choices brands make today will determine whether we build a regenerative future or continue down an unsustainable path. At NOWIHT, we have committed to reaching 100% organic materials by 2027. This is not a marketing slogan. It is a measurable, actionable goal embedded in every decision we make.
The Current State of Fashion
The numbers are staggering. The fashion industry produces approximately 92 million tonnes of textile waste annually. Water consumption, chemical pollution, and carbon emissions continue to rise as fast fashion dominates the market. Yet within this challenge lies an extraordinary opportunity for brands willing to lead the change.
Currently, 78% of our collection uses organic-certified cotton and responsible fibers. While this places us ahead of industry standards, we recognize it is only the beginning. Our research and development team invests 15% of annual revenue into materials innovation, testing everything from mushroom leather to seaweed fibers and closed-loop recycling systems.
The 2027 Roadmap
Our path to 100% organic involves three key pillars that guide every product we create, from our signature hoodies to our delicate lingerie collection.
1. Material Innovation
We are not waiting for sustainable materials to become mainstream. We are creating them. Our partnerships with organic farms in Turkey and Portugal, textile researchers across Europe, and material scientists in Japan are yielding breakthrough fabrics that perform better than conventional alternatives.
Take our organic cotton fleece, for example. Through extensive testing and refinement, we have developed a fabric that offers superior softness and durability while using 91% less water in production compared to conventional cotton. This fabric forms the foundation of our popular tracksuit collection.
2. Circular Design Philosophy
Every product we design considers its end of life. Can it be composted? Recycled? Upcycled? If the answer is no, we redesign until the answer is yes. This philosophy extends beyond materials to construction techniques, hardware choices, and even thread selection.
Our craftsmanship approach ensures that garments are built to last decades, not seasons. When a piece eventually reaches the end of its wearable life, every component can be separated and processed appropriately.
3. Transparent Supply Chains
By 2027, every NOWIHT customer will be able to trace their garment from the cotton field to their doorstep. We are building a comprehensive traceability system that documents every step of production. Complete transparency means complete accountability.

Beyond Materials
True sustainability extends beyond materials. Our zero-waste production goal means reimagining every aspect of manufacturing. Pattern cutting that minimizes fabric waste. Packaging that biodegrades in 90 days. Shipping methods that offset carbon emissions.
We are proving that luxury and sustainability are not opposites. They are essential partners in creating fashion that honors both the wearer and the planet.
The Role of Conscious Consumers
This vision is not ours alone. It belongs to every customer who chooses fewer, better pieces. Every person who asks where their clothes come from and how they were made. The future of fashion is not about trend cycles. It is about creating pieces meant to last a lifetime, made with materials that can safely return to the earth when their journey ends.
Explore our current collection and discover how sustainable luxury looks and feels. Every purchase supports our mission to transform the fashion industry.
This is our 2027 vision. This is NOWIHT.
